- 1 / 5By Abilene NevarezI came and everything was fine the cashier was super sweet and everything, then when my order was ready the fries fell over the tray, the lady started grabbing them and putting them in the container right after she had been handling money, I asked another worker to please give me new fries, and I explained the reason why I wanted new ones, she looked at me with a mad face. She then threw the fries under the counter and threw new fries in the same container, she then put them on the tray and threw them on the counter, I asked for her name and she was "my name?.... ok" and then started cleaning and left me there. They have terrible customer service, I don't understand why these employees always have a bad attitude. I don't recommend coming to this jack in the box at all!November 15, 2016
